尊敬的领导：

我是江西省信丰县崇仙乡山坝村的一名挖掘机机主，名叫赖福生，男。本人因2024年10月初在朱定祥的邀请下，给李悦良老板在江西省大余县河洞乡长岭村古城洞的一个山场开工时，被广东省仁化县长江镇里周村以村支书和村主任及一身穿制服的林业局人员为首带领三十左右人，把我辛辛苦苦借了几十万元买来的挖掘机强行烧毁一事向您汇报，希望上级部门及各位领导在百忙之中引起重视，帮我这个平民百姓讨回一个公道。

事情的经过是这样的：2024年10月7日下午约三时左右，我叫朱定祥到工地商讨如何开路的时候，突然来了约三十左右的人，手持柴刀、木棒、有人还用迷彩服包囊着枪支，来到我们的施工现场，为首的是广东省仁化县长江镇里周村的村支书和村主任以及一位身穿制服的林业局人员等，他们到来后二话不说就欲用手上所持有的铁棍、木棒、砸坏了我的挖机，当时我们很恐惧也很害怕要打电话报警，他们强制威胁我们不准打电话，谁打电话就先弄死谁，为了我们的人身安全，只好请求他们打电话给政府部门来处理或叫老板来协调....。为首的村支书和主任却说：“不要理会他们，把他们的挖机烧了再来处理.....”于是他们就像土匪一样为所欲为的点起了火，把我的挖掘机烧着了，我们百般哀求下都是无济于事。无奈，我只能眼睁睁的看着自己借了几十万买来的挖机被他们强行烧毁，当时还有他们的村支书和村主任及林业派出所的人员都没有半点劝阻或制止，烧毁后他们便扬袖走人，见他们走后，我们立即到江西省大余县河洞乡当地派出所报了案，第二天又到广东省仁化县长江镇派出所报了案，然而，事隔七日后10月14日，我们向江西省大余县当地派出所打了电话了解案件进展情况时，江西省大余县当地派出所则回复说：“我们已与广东省仁化县公安局协商由广东仁化县公安局处理此案”。于是我们即于（2024年10月15号）前往广东省仁化县公安局和信协办了解案件进展情况，然而得到的答复是：“我们还没立案，正在调查中”。今天我们又向韶关市公安局和韶关市信访办反映了情况，韶关市公安局随即去电仁化县公安局了解案情，得到的答复却是：“我们与江西省大余县公安局还没商定案件由谁来处理......”。试问？老百姓的财物就不是财物吗？在法制社会的今天，案件的管辖和立案就那么的难吗？发案至今十多天了，依据我国《刑法》的有关规定，这分明是损毁私人财物数额巨大的刑事案件，而犯罪嫌疑人却至今仍逍遥法外，这犯罪嫌疑人的背后明显有保护伞在保护，这明显与广东省省委汪洋书记提出的“三打、两建”精神相违背，因此特向尊敬的各位领导和上级政府求助，敬请尊敬的各位领导和上级有关部门指点迷津————怎样才能使这些犯罪嫌疑人及其保护伞得到应有的惩罚？并请尊敬的各位领导和上级有关部门督促当地有关部门尽快处理案件，还我一个公道，叩首为盼！

文体概述

求助信是当个人遇到一些自己无法解决的问题或困难时向别人请求帮助的一种书信。通常包括三部分内容：

1.表明写信目的，请求帮助。

3.希望得到帮助。注意语气委婉、真诚，并要向收信人表示感谢。
