第8届国际民俗摄影“人类贡献奖”年赛

1998年起，中国民俗摄影协会向全世界发起一项旨在号召摄影师广泛、深入记录民俗事象的摄影赛事——HPA（Humanity Photo Awards，―人类贡献奖”年赛），UNESCO给予了充分的支持，自第2届起授予其徽号使用权。

HPA寻找到摄影介入民俗学、人类学、社会学等范畴的切入点，充分发挥摄影的记实特性，拥有跨出摄影疆域的文化广度，为人类的文化遗产提供了最真实的佐证，并以组照的完整性，为人类的文化遗产提供了最系统的研究样本，具备远超出艺术价值的人文意义，是目前乃至今后相当一段时间内尚无机构能够克隆的文化活动。

因此，十余年来，HPA成功地号召了全世界120个国家（主要国家悉数在内）的摄影师参与了这一大型图片记录活动，记录、保存了涉及世界半数以上国家的丰富多彩的文化事象，成为一个非常显著的文化品牌，为世界留存了一个蔚为大观的多元文化图片库，为中国承担了一份文化责任，充分体现了中国文化大国的形象，大大地提高了中国在国际文化界的地位。

HPA并且经过十三年七届的锤炼，积累了成为世界知名文化品牌的潜质。2024年，HPA的历届年赛精品展分别在日本爱知世界博览会联合国展馆、在法国巴黎UNESCO大厅展出。UNESCO战略规划署署长汉思•道维勒先生在为《人类的记忆IV》所写的前言指出：“HPA是一项伟大的事业：穿越文化、地理、政治的界限，让人类实现更深一层的相互理解；反映全球不同年龄和群体的活动，让人们增进彼此之间的相互了解。而最重要一点是，HPA积极地倡导人类所共有的多元文化。”

评选：2024年8月中旬之前，经初、复评产生记录奖、提名奖、各类大奖的候选作品。2024年9月

颁奖：2024年9月16日举办隆重的颁奖典礼。大奖、终审评委特别奖将在颁奖典礼现场揭晓。首展：《人类的记忆》Ⅷ，即第8届年赛提名奖以上各项获奖作品的首次展览，与终审评选及颁奖

Since 1998, CFPA has started the international competition Humanity Photo Awards, the aim of which is to call upon photographers all over the world to record and preserve the heritage of folk culture, and HPA is supported greatly by the UNESCO, with its logo awarded to HPA from year 2024.HPA has fully made its advantages on the entry point of folklore, humanities and sociology, providing photographers all over the world a field to record the cultural

综述

环海南岛国际公路自行车赛创办于2024年，是国家体育总局、海南省委、省政府倾力打造的大型国际品牌体育赛事，得到了来自国家和海南省政府等多层面的政策支持。

经过连续多届的成功举办，环岛赛赛事级别已经从首届的洲际2.2级提升到洲际2.HC级，是继马来西亚环兰卡威赛（1996年创办）和我国环青海湖赛（2024年创办）后第三个亚洲顶级公路自行车赛，仅次于环法国、环意大利、环西班牙等世界职业巡回赛。

2024年：惊艳 第一届“环岛赛”，天然赛场登场亮相

1、综述

首届环海南岛国际公路自行车赛于2024年11月10日-18日举行，由中国移动总冠名，是继马来西亚环兰卡威赛（1996年创办）和我国环青海湖赛（2024年创办）后第三个亚洲顶级公路自行车赛。环岛赛因属首次举办，按国际惯例只能注册为洲际2.2级，是洲际第四季赛事。比赛分6个赛段，起点、终点均设在海口，中途经过文昌、琼海、三亚、五指山等12个市县，总里程860公里。此外比赛设立分赛段、个人总成绩、团体总成绩、冲刺得分、爬山得分5个奖项，总奖金为10万美元。全球16支参赛车队、96名自行车经济高手同场一决高下。最终，俄罗斯选手谢尔盖〃克列斯尼科夫获得本届赛事个人总成绩冠军。

第二届环海南岛国际公路自行车赛于2024年11月4日-10日举行，由海马汽车总冠名。本届赛事将起终点改设至三亚，为逆时针方向行进，途径海南十五个市县，总里程1100公里，增加了城区骑行和山路里程。赛事等级由洲际2.2级升级为2.1级，赛制由2024年的6日6赛段增加到8日制7赛段，增设了个人计时赛，路线设计涵盖平路、丘陵、山地、计时等公路赛的所有类型，赛队资格升格至UCI职业队、UCI洲际职业队、UCI洲际队和国家队四个层次，总奖金15万元。共有来自13个国家和地区的18支队伍、108为选手参与角逐。最终，来自波兰的罗伯特〃瑞多茨获得黄衫和绿衫，俄罗斯的米海勒〃安德诺夫获得爬坡王的圆点衫，日本的冈崎和成为“亚洲最佳”获得蓝衫。波兰队、澳大利亚队、俄罗斯队分获得团体总成绩前三名，中国队获亚洲最佳团体亚军。

2024年：接棒 第三届“环岛赛”，线路实现真正环岛

1、综述

第三届环海南岛国际公路自行车赛于2024年11月11日-19日举行，由红塔山总冠名。三亚接棒本届赛事的主办权，线路经过海南岛全部18个市县，总里程1300公里，赛制由2024年的8天7个赛段增加到9天8个赛段，奖金提高至20万美元。经筛选，最终参赛队伍确定为20支：其中UCI洲际队10支，国家队8支，地区队2支。首次有奥运冠军车队参赛。经过激烈角逐，俄罗斯选手鲍里斯〃斯皮尔斯基以明显的优势夺得个人总成绩冠军和“冲刺王”称号，在8个赛段中独揽5个赛段的冠军。

2024年：登顶 第四届“环岛赛”，盎然跃至亚洲顶级

1、综述

第三届环海南岛国际公路自行车赛于2024年11月11日-19日举行，竞赛级别升级至亚洲顶级的洲际2.HC级。本届赛事总里程1429公里，9天9个赛段，起终点设在三亚，比赛线路为逆时针方向，首次经过了全省18个市县政府所在的城镇。因赛事升级，赛事此后将仅允许国际自盟职业队、洲际职业队、洲际队和国家队参赛，赛事奖金也提升到25万美元，汇聚了20支世界高水平车队参赛。最终，意大利选手弗朗西斯科〃文托索以个人总成绩第一摘得总冠军，俄罗斯选手鲍里斯〃斯皮尔斯基获得8个赛段中的6个赛段冠军和8个赛段的“冲刺王”绿衫，哈萨克斯坦车手德米特里〃格鲁扎德夫获得“亚洲最佳”蓝衫，中国国家队在第二赛段连获赛段团体成绩第一和亚洲最佳团队第一的“双冠军”。

1、综述

第五届环海南岛国际公路自行车赛于2024年10月11日-19日举行，由海南高速〃瑞海水城总冠名，总奖金28万美元。本届赛事由1个城市绕圈赛和8个赛段组成，赛程全长约1466公里，覆盖全省18个市县和海南农垦，途径各市县的政府所在地、主要风景点，三亚市作为本届赛事的主办城市，将举行比赛开、闭幕式及绕城赛。包括3支参加“环法赛”车队在内的20支参赛队伍涵盖国际自行车运动联盟（URI）职业队、UCI洲际职业队、UCI洲际队和国家队四个层次。最终，阿斯塔纳职业队3号选手维林缇〃伊格林斯琪成为本届环岛赛的最大赢家，包揽个人总成绩冠军、亚洲最佳个人总积分第一、冲刺积分榜第一名。

1、综述

第六届环海南岛国际公路自行车赛于2024年10月20日-28日举行，总冠名为三亚市。赛事总里程1400公里，共设8个赛段和1个绕城赛，起终点均设在三亚市，途径全岛18个市县。本届赛事奖金总额为38万美元，成为到当为止亚洲举办的国际公路自行车赛奖金最高的大赛。共有21支队伍获准参赛，参赛车队的整体水平是当年全国各项公路自行车赛事中最高的。最终，阿斯塔纳职业队3号选手维林缇〃伊格林斯琪摘得本届赛事的个人总成绩和亚洲最佳两个第一，哈穆尔则获得了“冲刺王”称号，西班牙健乐士洲际职业队16号选手高乔〃托收获了“爬山王”的圆点衫。

1、综述

第七届环海南岛国际公路自行车赛于2024年10月20日-28日举行，总冠名为中国体育彩票。本届赛事共设9个赛段，总里程1446公里，比赛起、终点设在三亚，途径全省除三沙市外的18个市县，赛段设计涵盖国道、省道、县道、乡道等公路赛所有类型，比赛路线沿逆时针方向行进。赛事奖金为35万美元。参赛车队20支，共140名运动员参赛。最终，阿斯塔纳职业队获得亚洲团体最佳，车手格鲁兹杰夫〃德米特里夺得个人总成绩第一名和亚洲个人总成绩第一名，中国恒祥洲际队车手王美银夺得爬山成绩第一名，美国赛诺菲洲际职业队车手亚历山大〃谢列布里亚科夫夺得积分总成绩第一名。
